To book our affordable wedding photography packages / videography packages, simply contact us and provide us your wedding details. We’ll get back to you with our availability and a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit out of the total wedding photography pricing to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your contract and must be paid within the specified timeframe to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance to be fully paid latest 3 business day prior your wedding date.
How do I pay for my wedding photography / videography services?
We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. Payment details will be specified in your contract. Surcharge may apply for credit card payment.
When will I receive my final photos/videos?
We aim to deliver your final photos / videos within 4-6 weeks after your wedding day (providing invoice fully paid prior wedding date). However, this timeframe may vary depending on our workload and the complexity of your editing requirements.
How many final photos will I receive?
The number of photos you receive depends on the package you choose and the duration of the event. Typically, for a 9 hours wedding, you can expect to receive around 600-900 high-quality, edited images. However, this can vary based on activities on the day, also your specific needs and preferences. We always strive to deliver a generous amount of photos that capture every special moment of your day.
How soon should I make a booking?
It’s best to make a booking for our photography / videography services as soon as possible to secure your preferred date. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, but early booking can offer you peace of mind and assurance that your wedding photography and videography needs are covered. Our services are highly in demand during peak wedding seasons, so early booking can help you secure your preferred date and avoid any disappointments.
Do you offer photo albums or prints?
Yes, we offer a range of photo album and print options that can be added to your package. We can provide more information and pricing details upon request.
What happens if there’s bad weather on my wedding day?
We always have backup plans for inclement weather, such as indoor locations or props. We’ll work with you to come up with alternative ideas and make the best of the situation to capture beautiful photos and videos.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the wedding date the cancellation is made. Please refer to your contract for more details.
